Any public bathroom
stall that attaches those "big roll" toilet
paper holders so low that you have to
practically crawl on the stall floor and usually
cut your hands on the tear strip, trying to grab
yourself some toilet paper!

All hard plastic
"clamshell" packaging requiring you to cut and
pry it open, usually resulting in gashes and
blood. (I finally
purchased one of those "As Seen On TV" package
cutting devices and it does work - but this is
still a case of terrible, unsafe design!)
